Manifestations of cantharidin poisoning range from local vesiculobullous formation to systemic manifestations involving central nervous system, renal system and gastrointestinal system. We report a case of systemic cantharidin toxicity in 2 month old infant secondary to cutaneous cantharidin toxicity which was managed conservatively and discharged in good health after 6 days.
