Methodology: This is a retrospective study. We reviewed and analyzed all files for VUR patients who attended the Aseer Central Hospital (ACH) during the period from January 2007 till December 2011. A total of 48 VUR patients were registered. Results: More than half of children with VUR were females (56.3%). The age of these cases ranged from one month to 10 years. Most of these cases were diagnosed at the age of 1-5 years (52.1%), with a mean +SD of 3.93+2.87 years. Conclusions: VUR affects girls more than boys in Aseer Region, starting as early as the first days of life, indicating its congenital etiology. The main presentation for these children is UTI.
