	The article explores the contemporary lifestyle shifts and dietary trends contributing to Prameha (diabetes) as described in Ayurveda, particularly focusing on overlooked factors and their relevance to modern understanding. It is also discussed here. The Article discuss the impacts of Avyayama (lack of physical exercise) and Mrjavarjan (lack of oil/scrub massage), emphasizing their effects on muscle tone and immune function. Additionally, it delves into the significance of dietary qualities such as Amla (sour) and Lavana (salty) tastes in disrupting bodily balance and immunity. The role of lifestyle habits, including Divaswapna (daytime sleep), is examined in aggravating doshic imbalances contributing to diabetes onset. The article also highlights Ayurvedic insights on dietary and lifestyle factors, including the consumption of Gramya, audaka, and anupa mansas (meats) and Nav madya (newly fermented beverages), and their correlation with diabetes development. Furthermore, the article draws parallels between Ayurvedic perspectives and modern scientific understanding, proposing potential synergies for comprehensive diabetes management. This article underscores the importance of integrating Ayurvedic wisdom with modern science to enrich our understanding of diabetes etiology and improve prevention and management strategies&#13;
