Consequently, in the majority of cases, histological and immunohistochemical studies are considered gold standards for the final diagnosis. Herein we are reporting an interesting case of infantile fibrosarcoma in a female child with unusual presentation of swelling at first web space on palmar aspect. diagnosis of which was done on histopathology and confirmed on immunohistochemistry.&#13;
