The construction of hydropower generation wasundertaken by NHPC. Since the health of aquatic ecosystem is revealed by the chemical parameters of water. An attempt was made in the present research work to investigate the physico chemical parameters of Kishanganga at six different sampling stations affected controversially by the construction of hydroelectric power station.&#13;
