Success of an endodontic treatment in such a case requires closure of the root apex. There is a plethora of research going on in dentistry with the focus not only on the treatment rationale but also on the materials. These endeavors have led to the development of some new materials like Biodentine, Endosequence Root Repair Material, etc. which have revolutionized Endodontics. This article is a case series presenting apexification done using three different materials; Endosequence root repair material, Mineral trioxide aggregate and Biodentin.
