Here, a useful application of artificial bee colony to find the optimistic adjustment factor for DWT and adaptive shock filter for face resolution enhancement as well as super-resolution is implemented to find the solution to that problem. The guided image filter is used in order to preserve edges in a more optimistic manner. The importance of this paper is to consider the effect of noise and edge preservation.
