This case report&#13;
describes about the importance and effectiveness of chest physiotherapy in a 24 days old neonate who presented with pulmonary haemorrhage and right upper lobe collapse. Chest physiotherapy was&#13;
administered every four hours for three days. Chest X ray revealed full expansion after three days of&#13;
physiotherapy intervention.&#13;
