Physiological changes in pregnancy is poorly tolerated in patients with Eisenmenger syndrome (ES) thus increasing the maternal mortality to 30-50%. We describe the management of a 34 years old primigravida with Eisenmenger__ampersandsignrsquo;s syndrome with pre eclampsia who was posted for emergency caesarean section.
