maxillovertebro-pharyngeal recess. During routine osteology demonstration classes an&#13;
abnormally elongated styloid process on right side of 5.4cms length was observed.The clinical&#13;
implications of such an elongated styloid process and its variations in dimensions are discussed&#13;
in this paper.&#13;
